1. Eligibility for Refunds

   • We accept refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

   • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Refundable Items

   • Items paid via manual payment and PayPal are eligible for refunds if they meet the refund criteria.

   • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

3. Non-Refundable Items

   • Items purchased during special promotions or final sales.

   • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

4. Refund Process

   • To request a refund:

     1. Contact us with your order number, proof of payment, and photos of the defective item.

     2. Upon approval, return the item in its original condition.

   • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Refund Method

   • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (manual payment or PayPal) within 7-14 business days after approval.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

   • If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
